摘　　要：设备器材的管理是高等学校管理工作的内容之一，是为教学科研服务的基础和保障。由于管理工作采用传统的手工记帐方式，工作效率低、失误率较高、信息反馈性差。随着学校办学规模的增大和投资力度的提高，使用计算机技术和网络技术，改进管理工作势在必行。为此，利用先进的Excel2000办公软件为开发工具，设计开发了可全面实现高校设备器材管理任务的“高校设备器材供应管理信息系统”。文章详细介绍了“设备器材供应管理信息系统”的体系结构、运行环境及其所实现的功能和运行效果。The management of equipment and appliance is one of the management jobs in colleges and universities and is the ensurance of teaching and research service. Due to adopting the traditional manual style for management work, the work efficiency is low, the error rate is high, and the information feedback is worse. With the increase of the university scope and the investment scale, adopting the computer technology and the network technology to improve the manegement style becomes necessary. Making use of the advanced Excel 2000 software as the developing tool, the ＂Information system of equipment and appliance supply management in colleges and universities＂ has been developed to completely perform the task of euipment and appliance management.
