摘　　要：高职高专院校的人才培养必须与产业需求接轨，特别是工科类专业的培养方案，必须突出实用技术。介绍了在人才培养工程实施中以工程项目为载体的教学模式、实施方案和实施效果。Talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges must meet industry demand, and practical technologies must be emphasized specially in education scheme for engineering majors. This paper introduces engineering- projectcarried teaching models, implementation schemes and effects in the implementation of talent cultivation projects.
