摘　　要：针对面向多专业、多学科的实验室建设难点，提出一个用于管理学科实验教学示范中心的建设方案。该方案打破了传统实验室建设观念的束缚，以清晰的模块化系统思想，以体系、队伍、环境为视角，形成管理学科综合实验教学平台一体化建设方法，较好地解决了目前管理类实验室建设实践中所面临的一系列理论和实践问题。通过在山东大学管理学院的建设实践，显示了较好的应用效果。Aiming at the difficulties of laboratory construction which faces to multi-discipline, this paper proposes a building program for experiment teaching demonstration centers in management discipline. The program breaks the bonds of traditional concept of laboratory construction. With the clear modular systemetic thinking and the perspective of system, team and environment, it forms construction method of an integrated platform in experiment teaching of management discipline. It well resolves a series of theoretical and practical problems, which exists in current manage- ment laboratory construction practice. Through the practice of School of Business and Management in Shandong University, it obtains good practical effect.
