摘　　要：该文研究了微生物转化制备甘露醇中,应用浊度法测定菌体浓度.采用分光光度计测定发酵液在某个波长下的浊度,研究发酵液中菌体生长曲线,并确定菌体浓度与浊度之间的函数关系,可快速、准确得知发酵液中的生物量.This paper mainly studies uses nephelometery to concentration measurement in the system of microbial fermentation to produce mannitol, one quick and accurate method for measuring biomass was put forward through experiment alin Vestigation. and the function relation between the thalli concentration and absorbance was established.
