摘　　要：文章总结了质量文化评价的国内外研究现状;通过质量文化的结构化特征分析建立了企业质量文化评价的框架;以航空企业为例,构建了质量文化评价指标体系,并进行了实证研究。This paper summarizes the research on quality culture assessment at home and abroad＇ On the base of structural analysis of quality culture＇s characters, the paper brings forward the assessment for the frame and the indices system of quality culture and does the practical research on aerial corporations.
