摘　　要：北方草原地区的原始时期,已经形成了比较发达的工艺文化,随着北方游牧民族的诞生,创造了游牧式的文化内涵,成为草原文化的核心所在。北方游牧民族的工艺文化为游牧文化的重要组成部分,在历史的发展进程中越来越显示出区域性和民族性的文化特征,诸民族先后继承与创新,对现今草原民族的工艺文化产生了深远的影响。在现代工业化的冲击下,许多工艺文化的内涵都失去了原有的性质,甚至处于消失和濒危的状态,需要建立长效的机制来抢救与保护。In the primitive time, the craft culture was quite flourishing in the northern steppe region, and into it the nomadic people there added nomadic elements. It was the core of the steppe culture and constituted an important part in the nomadic culture, displaying more and more local and racial characteristics in its historical development. It was greatly influenced by the inheritance and creation of the northern nomadic hordes. Now impacted by the modern industrialization, the craft calture, to some extent, has began losing its original features, some of which are extinctive. So an effective long - term mechanism needs to be established in order to rescue and protect it.
