MMP-2、TIMP-4在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及其特异性抑制剂基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂4(TIMP-4)的表达及其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法选取经病理证实的ESCC组织68例及正常食管组织12例,免疫组化方法检测MMP-2与TIMP-4的表达。结果MMP-2及TIMP-4在ESCC中阳性表达率明显高于正常食管组织(P<0.05);MMP-2表达与ESCC的区域淋巴结转移、浸润深度、临床分期等呈正相关,TIMP-4的表达与上述临床病理参数呈负相关;MMP-2与TIMP-4在ESCC中的表达呈负相关关系。结论MMP-2和TIMP-4平衡的破坏是ESCC发生侵袭、转移甚至影响预后的重要因素。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metallproteinase-2 （ MMP-2 ） and tissue inhibitor of matrix metallproteinase-4 （TIMP-4） in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus. Methods 68 ESCC confirmed by pathology and 12 normal esophagus tissue specimen slices were all dyed with the method of immunohistochemistry, and investigate the expression level of MMP-2, TIMP-4. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-2, TIMP-4 in ESCC were much higher in comparison with that in normal esophageal tissues （ P〈 0.05）. The expression of MMP-2 was positively related to depth of invasion, regional lymph node metastasis and P-TNM stage （P 〈 0.05）. However the expressions of TIMP-4 were contrary to that of MMP-2. There was a negative correlation between expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP- 4 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The unbalanced expression of both MMP-2 and TIMP-4 is related to the invasion, transfusion and even prognosis of ESCC.
