摘　　要：通过SIMATIC PCS7构建了制浆过程中的连续蒸煮工段自动控制系统,解决了连蒸系统开发与运行过程中的一些关键点,如反喷阀的控制,配碱的串级自动控制,用顺序控制图SFC(Sequential function chart)编程实现自动循环排渣等等;并根据工厂的现实情况构建合适而稳健的通信网络。This paper has introduced automatical control system at continuous cooking stagethrough SIMATIC PCS7. It emphasized on some difficulties in applications of PCS7 , such as control of anti-spurt valve, automatic complex alkali and sequential function chart （SFC） to realize automatic circular rejecting. It also solved the idea, based on ethernet network and Profibus-DP network, of how to construct a proper and stable communicafional network.
