摘　　要：通过病案举隅,对徐力教授辨证论治胃癌恶性肿瘤的临床经验进行了分析和总结,认为中医药的准确辨证论治能较好的改善胃癌的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,减轻化疗毒副反应;而准确辨证是成功施治的前提和保障,在古方基础上灵活化裁是临证取效的关键所在。The article analyzed and summarized the Xu Li professor＇s experience to treating stomach cancer and pointed out that exact determination of treatment based differentiation of symptoms and signs could improve the clinical symptom of stomach cancer, raise patient＇s quality of life and lighten chemotherapy side reaction. The exact differentiation of symptoms and signs was premise to succeed treating. The key was active modify on the basis of ancient prescription.
