慢性粒细胞白血病红细胞膜骨架超微结构的研究

摘　　要：为研究CML红细胞股骨架的改变，在4℃下用非离子去污剂TritonX-100处理红细胞，得到红细胞膜骨架．采用负柴透射电镜方法观察了6例CML病人和6例对照的红细胞膜骨架，结果发现CML病人红细胞膜骨架蛋白的异常，骨架网络破坏，在联接复合体处有断守现象。结果提示CML红细胞膜骨架的异常可能为CML病人严重贫血的原因之一。Chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) is a hematological malignancy charactetized by excessive growth of myeloid cells and their progenitors. Membrane skeletons derived from tritontreated erythrocyte ghosts was observed with negative-staining elrctronmicroscopy in 6 cases of control and CML patients respectively. Abnormaliues identified in CML erythrocyte membrane skeleton,included disruption of skeletal lattice and break at junctional complexes(JC). The study shows that abnormalities of erythrocyte membrane skeleton may be one of the factors of anemia associated with CML.
