孕妇人群隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染健康教育效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价健康教育对提高孕妇人群隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染相关知识认知程度及改变对检测或干预治疗态度的效果。方法采用与规模大小成比例（PPS）的两阶段分层抽样法选择了1000例在我院产检的孕妇。将2005年3～9月抽选的500例孕妇设为对照组，2006年6月至2007年8月抽选的500例孕妇设为观察组，并对其采取孕妇学校集体讲座、发放宣传资料、个别指导等形式进行规范、系统的健康教育。通过自制问卷分别对两组孕妇就隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染相关知识、对隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染的检测及干预治疗的态度两方面进行调查。运用SPSS10．0统计软件对调查结果进行统计分析。结果两组孕妇在相关知识、态度得分有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。健康教育的效果与被教育者的职业、文化程度密切相关，而与被教育者的年龄无关。结论健康教育能有效提高孕妇人群隐匿性乙型肝炎病毒感染相关知识水平；使其以积极的态度对待检测及干预治疗；是控制我国乙型肝炎病毒传播的有效途径之一。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education of gravidas in improving their awareness about the infection of recessive hepatitis B and changing their attitude about checking and treatment of recessive hepatitis B. Methods 1 000 garavidas regularly doing obstetric checking in our hospital were selected according to two stage stratified sampling of PPS. The control group was consisted of the 500 gravidas selected from March to September in 2005, the observing group was consisted of the 500 gravidas selected from June 2006 to June 2007. Regular and systematic healthy education were given to the gravidas in the interfering group, such as teaching class in grvidas school, delivering educational material, dictation individually. Qustionnaire were administered to these gravidns from two sides, one side was about the knowledge of the infection of recessive hepatitis B. The other side was about their attitude of checking and treating of recessive hepatitis B. All data was analysis by SPSS 10. 0. Results Two groups of gravidas have significant difference in their knowledge and attitude of recessive hepatitis B （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The occupation and educational level has significantly correlated with the effectiveness of healthy education, but the age has no significantly correlation with it. Conclusion Healthy education of gravidas can effectively improve the level of knowledge of infection of recessive hepatitis B, which thake these gravidas correctly facing to checking and treating of recessive hepatitis B. Healthy education is a effective method to control the epidemiology of hepatitis B.
