摘　　要：患者女，２８岁，临床表现类似湿疹样皮炎，伴糖尿病，糖耐量异常，血清胰高血糖素水平升高，消瘦，口炎。Ｂ超、ＣＴ检查示胰腺肿瘤。术后病理诊断为胰岛恶性肿瘤。A 28yearold woman with glucagonoma syndrome is reported. The skin lesions looked like eczematous dermatitis in clinical manifestation and were accompanied by diabetes, abnormal glucose tolerance, elevated serum glucagan levels, weight loss and stomatitis. The pancreatic tumor was found by B type ultrasonic examination and CT scan. The biopsy specimen revealed that it was malignant islet cell tumor. It was confirmed that the tumor cells were α cells of islet by fuchsinaldehydeorange Gbrilliant green stain.
