摘　　要：介绍１例１１个月的佝偻病男患儿，在腹部、股部及右足有多处淡褐色斑，斑下可触及大小不等的硬块。This article reports an 11monthold male infant with rickets. Many light brown macules were found on his abdomen, thigh and right foot. Under these macules various sized hard masses could be palpated. Histopathological examination showed the masses to be primary cutaneous osteoma. 
