摘　　要：目的：探讨直接穿刺瘤体造影在海绵状血管瘤诊断中的价值。方法：对１３例病人采用了直接穿刺瘤体的造影方法。结果：均清楚地显示了病变的范围及其血管关系。结论：该技术简单易行，无并发症，是诊断和描绘海绵状血管瘤的准确方法。可作为首选检查加以应用。Purpose:To ascertain the value of direct puncture venography in diagnosis of cavernous haemangiomas.Methods:A direct puncture venography technique was attempted on 13 patients.Results:It gave a good indication of the extent of these lesions and their vascular connections.Conclusion:We conclude that direct venography is an accurate method of diagnosing and delineating cavernous haemangioma.This technique is easy to perform,no complications occurred and can be used as the first investigation for acvernous haemangioma.
