摘　　要：面对用人单位一线技术岗位工人缺少的现状,如何培养出高素质的高职应用型人才。通过加强高素质教师队伍建设、积极推进课程体系改革、充分利用教学资源提高教学质量、强化实践教学、加强学生人文素质的培养、转变课程考核观念等方面的实践,对培养高素质地质应用型人才的模式进行了一些探讨。In face of the present situation of the shortage of the forefront workers in technical position, how to bring up high - quality practical talents by vocational education is a question. Through practices of strengthening the construction of high-quality teaching staff, actively promoting the reform of courses system, improving the teaching quality by fully using teaching resource, intensifying practical teaching and the training of students＇human quality, changing the courses assessment concepts and so on, this paper makes some discussion on the mode of training high - quality practical talents who major in Geology.
