摘  要:目的评价梅花鹿茸胶囊食品安全性。方法1)急性毒性实验用Horn(霍恩氏)法。2)遗传毒性实验:①Ames实验法;②骨髓细胞微核实验法;③小鼠精子畸形实验法。3)30d喂养实验法。结果1)梅花鹿茸胶囊内容物雌、雄小鼠经口LD50均大于21.5g/kg BW,该产品属无毒级。2)遗传毒性实验的阴性实验结果表明,未见梅花鹿茸胶囊内容物有遗传毒性作用。3)大鼠30d喂养实验结果表明,与对照组比较,梅花鹿茸胶囊内容物3个剂量组大鼠的一般状况、体重、食物利用率、血液学、血液生化学、脏器重量、脏体比及高剂量组组织病理学检查均未见异常。其中,高剂量组雌雄性动物的剂量为人体推荐摄入量(0.045g/kgBW)的150倍。结论实验结果证明,梅花鹿茸胶囊是无毒安全保健食品。Objoctive To evalnate food safety of sika pflose antler capsule (SPAC). Methods 1. Acute toxicity was tested by Horn test. 2. Genetic toxicity was tested by Ames test (rat typhoid salmonella/mammal microsome enzyme test), myelogenous cell micronu- cleus test and mouse sperm malformation test. 3.The feed test for thirty days. Results 1. The LD30 of male & female mouse is larger than 21.5g/kg BW by oral SPAC, it showed that this product is asepsis grade. 2. Negative action of genetic toxicity test showed that SPAC did not have genetic toxicity. 3. Compared with control group, the test group rat of feed test for thirty days was not pathological in general state, body weight, food duty factor hematology, blood biochemistry, visceral weight, viscera body ratio and histopthological test of high dosage group. The level of high dosage test group is 150 times of human body ingestion dosage (0.045g/kg BW). Conclusion The test proves that SPAC. is a safe food without toxicity.
