摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对麦冬须根与麦冬块根的脂溶性成分进行了比较分析。从须根中检出61个峰,从块根中检出42个峰,经质谱分析及NIST 98质谱数据系统检索,共鉴定了36种共有组分,其中有29种组分首次从麦冬中发现。为麦冬的化学成分研究及麦冬须根的进一步开发提供了实验数据。The lipid soluble constituents of fibrous roots and tubers of Ophiopogon japonicus were compared by using GC-MS. Sixty one peaks were detected in fibrous roots of O. japonicus and 42 peaks in tubers of O. japonicus, respectively. Additionally, 36 compounds were identified and confirmed by analysis of MS spectra and indexing of NIST 98 spectral database. Twenty nine compounds were found from the plant for the first time. The present paper provided valuable experimental data for further studies on chemical con- stiments of O. japonicus and exploration of fibrous roots of O. japonicus.
