摘　　要：分析了网络的构造及其系统,探讨了网络环境对高校素质教育的影响,提出了从体制与机制、思想和内容、方法与途径三方面创新来提高高校素质教育的实效性,作为网络环境下素质教育创新的突破口。This article analyzed the construction of the network and its system, discussed the influence of network to competence-oriented education in colleges, and then gave the suggestion of innovative the methods of works in order to improve the effieiency of competence-oriented education.
