脏腑精气阴阳的概念及其逻辑关系

摘　　要：讨论各脏腑之精、气、阴、阳的概念及其逻辑关系。指出各脏腑之精是一身之精分藏于各脏腑的部分,是支撑各脏腑机能活动的液态精华物质;各脏腑之气是一身之气分布于各脏腑的部分,是各脏腑之精化生的运行不息的极细微物质和能量,具有推动和调控各脏腑生理机能的作用;各脏腑之阴是一身之阴气分布于各脏腑的部分,也是各脏腑之气中具有凉润、宁静、抑制等特性的部分;各脏腑之阳是一身之阳气分布于各脏腑的部分,也是各脏腑之气中具有温煦、推动、兴奋等特性的部分。脏腑之精、气、阴、阳的逻辑关系是脏腑之精化为脏腑之气,脏腑之气分为脏腑之阴气与脏腑之阳气。The concept and logical relation of viscera essence, qi, yin and yang are studied in this article. Pointed out that various viscera essence is a part of the whole body essence stored in various viscera, which is the liquid essential vital substance for maintaining the functional activities of various viscera; and various viscera qi is a part of the whole body qi distributing into relevant viscera, which is the vital material and energy produced by viscera essence, which has the action to promote and regulate the physiological functions of relevant viscera ; various viscera yin - qi is a part of the whole body yin -qi distributing into various viscera with the characteristic of cool, tranquility and restraint; and various viscera yang -qi is a part of the whole body yang - qi distributing into various viscera with the characteristic of warm, promotion and excitement. The logical relation of viscera essence, qi, yin and yang is that the viscera essence produces viscera qi, viscera qi divides into viscera yin - qi and viscera yang - qi.
