摘　　要：动物模型是研究疾病发生机制、药物治疗、疫苗开发的关键。艾滋病(获得性免疫缺陷综合征),由于其特殊性,25年来,一直没有一种真正理想的动物模型,近年来新型艾滋病动物模型发展迅速。综述目前国内外关于艾滋病动物模型研究的最新进展,着重分析常用的灵长类动物,并对各个模型的应用范围,和优缺点进行对比。The animal model is the key to study the mechanism of disease, drug treatment, the development of vaccines. There has not been a real ideal animal model of AIDS （acquired immunodeficiency syndrome）for 25 years because of its uniqueness. In recent years new AIDS animal model developed rapidly. This paper summarizes the current domestic and international research on AIDS animal model of the latest progress, with emphasis on analysis commonly used primates, and the application of various models were compared and the advantages and disadvantages.
