摘　　要：统一建模语言UML(Unified Modeling Language)是面向对象软件开发方法的重要技术。在对UML进行了简要的介绍和概括后,结合财务绩效管理模型实例,对UML的技术进行了研究。在对系统进行需求分析的基础上,采用建模工具构建了系统的用户需求模型、对象结构模型和行为模型,对面向对象软件项目的开发具有一定的指导作用。Unified modelling language （UML） is an important technology of object-oriented software development method. In this paper it gives a brief description and summarization for the UML, and then studies the UML technology in combination of the financial performance model. Based on the request analysis of the system, we construct the request model, object structure model and behaviour model of the system by using the modelling tools, which has some instructive role for the development of object-oriented programs.
