摘  要:目的:观察雄性小鼠肾虚对其雄性仔鼠血清生殖激素含量的影响。方法:将30只雄性昆明小鼠用计算机取随机数法随机分为正常对照组、模型组和补肾组3组。其中模型组和补肾组采用房劳加惊恐的复合伤肾法制造肾精亏虚模型。补肾组每天给予0.16mL/10g体重的补肾填精方浓缩液灌胃。正常对照组及模型组予等量生理盐水灌胃,造模并给药21天。从造模结束次日起,所有小鼠与正常发情雌鼠配对饲养5天后,取出雌鼠待其分娩。仔鼠饲养至6周龄时每组随机取出10只雄性仔鼠,摘眼球取血1mL检测其血清睾酮(testoster one,T)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)含量。结果:模型组仔鼠血清FSH水平明显低于正常组(P<0.05),但与补肾组相比没有明显降低(P>0.05);模型组小鼠血清T水平与正常组相比明显降低(P<0.01),但与补肾组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。补肾组与正常组相比,其血清FSH水平和T水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:"惊恐、房劳"可以明显降低肾虚仔鼠血清FSH、T含量,提示内分泌的变化可能是模型仔鼠生育力下降的原因之一。实验结果显示血清FSH和T浓度均处于较低水平,说明FSH、T含量的下降可能是中枢神经系统受到损伤的结果。Objective: To investigate the effects of kidney -jing deficiency of male mice on the serum reproductive hormone of their male offspring. Methods : Thirty 6 - weeks - old Kunming male mice and 300 female ones were randomly allocated to a blank control group, a model group and a kidney - tonifying group. The model and the kidney - tonifying groups were stressesd by fear plus excessive sex to establish a kidney - jing deficiency model, and meanwhile the later were given concentrated solution of Kidney -tonifying Recipe intragastrically at the does of 0.16mL/10g. The control and the model groups were treated with physicological Saline at the same dose for 21 days. Then all the male mice were mated with the healthy estrous females for 5 days. The serum testosterone(T) and folliclestimulating(FSH) of male offsprings were detected at 6 weeks. Result : The level of serum T and FSH were lower in model groups compares with blank control group significantly(0. 052 ± 0. 034 vs 0. 101 ± 0. 015,0.66 ±0.35 vs 4.70 ±2.80, P 〈 0.05 ). There were no statistical difference between kidney - tonifying and other two groups. Conclusion: The fear plus excessive sex could reduce serum T and FSH level of male offspring, which means the variation of endocrine system was on of reasons of fertility damage on these male offsprings. Both T and FSH were decreased, indicated that the entral nervous system of offspring mice maybe damage.
