摘　　要：对２１７名单纯收缩期高血压（ＩＳＨ）先证者及其对照者的家系分别进行调查。结果显示，ＩＳＨ具有家族聚集性，符合多基因遗传病的特点，遗传度为７１．０８±３．３２％，分离比为０．１７３。表明遗传因素对ＩＳＨ起重要作用。In order to explore the hereditary effect and pattern of isolated systolic hypertension (ISH) in old people, we investigated the family aggregation of blood pressure of blood pressure of 217 families with proband of ISH and that of another 217 families as control. The results indicated that ISH had aggregation in families, and revealed that ISH was a polygenic disease. The segregation ratio and the heritability of ISH 0 173 and 71 08%±3 32% respectively. The data suggested that the hereditary factor played a more important role in ISH.
