治疗急性智齿冠周炎90例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价替硝唑糊剂局部应用治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法选择90例病例，随机发成两组，治疗组50例，用替硝唑糊剂局部上药治疗；对照组40例按常规冲洗治疗，三天为一个疗程，观察两组的疗效情况。结果治疗组显效38例（占76．0％），总有效率达100％；对照组显效13例（占32．5％），总有效率为85％，两组显效率经统计学处理，P〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论替硝唑糊剂治疗急性智齿冠周炎有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To eyaluate the effect of local application of paste tinidazole on the treatment of acute percoronitis ofwisdom tooth. Methods：90 cases with acute pericoroitis of wisdom tooth were randomly assigned to 2 groups：（1）thetreatment group of 50 cases： 3×daily local application of paste tinidozole. （2） the control group of 40 cases： 3×daily routineirrigation. Clinical parameters were assessed at 3 days. Results： In the treatment group, the results of 38 cases were efficient （76 percent of 50 cases）, In the control group, results of 13 cases were efficient, The efficient rates of two groups werestatistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： There is a beneficial effect of paste tinidazole on the clinical treatment ofacute percoronitis of wisdom tooth.
