摘  要:目的:探讨缝隙连接蛋白阻断剂甘珀酸(CBX)对扩散性抑制(SD)的影响。方法:SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、假手术组和CBX干预组各10只,后两者用高浓度KCl诱导大鼠皮质SD波,假手术组不给予CBX干预,CBX干预组给予5 ug/uL的CBX进行干预,用MS4000U生物信号采集分析系统对波幅、时程进行计算分析。结果:与假手术组比较,CBX干预组所记录到SD波波幅明显减小(P<0.05),SD波的阳性率降低(P<0.05),但SD波的时程无差异。结论:CBX对高浓度KCl诱导的皮质SD波有明显的抑制作用,提示缝隙连接在SD的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。Objective: The effect of gap junction protein inhibitor Carbenoxolone(CBX) on spreading depression(SD) has been observed.Methods: The rats were divided into three groups,the control group without intervention,sham-operation group,and the CBX treated group.In the later two groups,cortex SD waves were generated by using high concentrated KCl.In CBX intervention group,5ug/μL CBX were given.The MS4000U biology signal gathering analysis system was employed to collect and analyze the amplitudes and durations of SD waves.Results: The amplitudes of SD waves in the CBX intervention group were significantly reduced when compared to the control group(P〈0.05).Meanwhile,the positive rate of SD waves was also decreased significantly(P〈 0.05).However,no significant difference in the durations of SD waves was found between the CBX intervention group and control group(P〉 0.05).Conclusion: Gap junction inhibitor CBX is effective to restrain cortex SD induced by high concentrated KCl,suggesting the role of gap junction in the development of SD.
