摘　　要：目的:探讨PTEN蛋白在大鼠脑缺血组织中的表达及意义。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为缺血1、2、4 h组,制备脑缺血模型,免疫组化检测各组脑缺血组织及对侧正常脑组织(对照组)中PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果:缺血组的阳性率、强阳性率高于正常组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);缺血1 h组的强阳性率高于正常组(P<0.05),低于缺血4 h组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);缺血2 h组的强阳性率高于正常组(P<0.01),低于缺血4 h组(P<0.05);缺血4 h组的阳性率高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:脑缺血神经元中PTEN高表达,并随缺血时间的推移表达逐渐增强。Objective： To investigate the expression of PTEN-protein in cerebral ischemia tissue of Rats.Methods：Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups depending on the time point from 1 to 4 h after ischemia.The expression of PTEN-protein in cerebral cortex of each ischemia group and normal control group was studied by immunohistochemistry method.Results： The expression of PTEN-protein in cerebral cortical in control group was significantly lower than that in ischemia group.Conclusion： The ischemia induced the up-regulation of PTEN-protein,which showed a time-dependent increase after ischemia.
