留置铜针治疗血管瘤对肾功能的影响

摘　　要：选择1999-01/2006-01广西医科大学第一附属医院整形美容外科采用铜针留置治疗血管瘤50例患者,每例患者留置铜针10～45枚,平均28枚,留置时间7d。结果显示留置铜针后部分患者出现腹痛、恶心、呕吐等症状,无肾功能损害临床表现,8例患者留置铜针1,4,7d后尿常规检查未发现异常,血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸浓度与术前比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。初步研究结果表明,铜针留置治疗血管瘤对患者肾功能无明显影响。From January 1999 to January 2006, 50 cases with hemangioma were selected from the First Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Each case was treated with 10-45 copper needles for 7 days, with a mean of 28 needles. During the copper needle retainment, 50 cases had no clinical manifestation of abnormal kidney function, except that some of them had the sensations of nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. After copper needles retained for 1, 4, 7 days, nothing abnormal were discovered in urine roution test, and the content of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, nric acid in serum of 8 cases did not change compared with that before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Copper needle retained treatment for hemangioma does not damage the kidney function of patients.
