摘　　要：为了解医学期刊作者的信息意识,以便有的放矢地指导作者引文,随机抽取5种高校医学学报,采用文献计量学的方法对作者所引文后参考文献的引用量及年代分布进行统计分析。研究结果显示,医学期刊作者的信息意识逐年增强,编辑的干预可有效提高作者的信息意识。In order to get the message about authors＇ information sense, and to guide their quotations of references in medical periodicals, random samplings were made from the Journal of Peking University （Health Sciences ）, Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology （Health Sciences） , Journal of Jilin University （ Health Sciences） and Journal of Guiyang Medical College in this research. The number and year distribution of references were analyzed using the literature metrological method. The resuh shows that the authors＇ sense of information has been growing year by year, and the intervention of editors can improve the growth efficiently.
