摘 要:对行波超声波电机(TRUSM)堵转特性及堵转检测方法进行了研究。在理论上阐述了TRUSM摩擦磨损机理及堵转的危害,在实验研究基础上得到了TRUSM堵转时的特征信息。提出在TRUSM连续运行时,利用堵转时孤极反馈电压、驱动电流奇异信号,采用小波包分析方法对TRUSM堵转时的奇异信号进行定位并确定持续时间,该方法具有很高的时域分辨率。在TRUSM微步运行时,通过对孤极反馈电压信号的峰值检测,判断TRUSM是否处于堵转状态,该方法具有较强的通用性和实用价值。设计出的基于Lab-VIEW环境下开发的虚拟电机堵转检测系统,大大提高了在线诊断的效率。The characteristics and detection methods of locked-rotor state for traveling-wave ultrasonic motor(TRUSM) was studied. The friction and wear mechanisms and the harm of locked rotor of TRUSM were analyzed. The characteristic information of locked-rotor state for TRUSM was found out and theoretical and experimental studies were completed. A novel method of detecting locked-rotor state for TRUSM under continuous running mode based on extracting singular signals of feedback voltage and driving current using wavelet packet analysis was put forward. The method has feature of high time-frequency resolution. Moreover, a novel method of detecting locked-rotor state for TRUSM under micro-stepping mode based on detecting peak value of feedback voltage was put forward which has feature of versatility and it has broad prospect in application. The locked-rotor measuring system based on LabVIEW is developed and diagnosis efficiency is improved.
