摘　　要：在分析农村党员干部远程教育工作现状的基础上,论文根据目前工作中存在的问题及农村党员干部、农民群众的学习特点和需求,对移动学习模式在农村党员干部远程教育中的应用进行了探索,并给出了基于移动学习应用模式的教学资源建设思路。On the basis of the analysis of the actuality of distance education for village commie cadres, this paper finds the problems existing in it, concludes the learning characteristics and demands of village commie cadres and common villagers, consequently explores the application of M-learning in modern distance education for village commie cadres and points the principle of educational resource construction on the basis of the application of M-learuing.
