摘　　要：学员领导力是学员管理素质的重要组成部分,加强学员领导力的培养是世界新军事变革对军校教育提出的新的要求。学员领导力是学员在军校有目的培养下形成、发展并服务于未来领导过程应具备的能力的总称,它包括感召力、前瞻力、影响力、决策力、控制力和学习力等要素。The leadership of the cadet is a crucial part of the management diathesis of the cadet. Reinforcing the cultivation of the leadership of the cadet is a new requirement that the world military revolution proposes for the military education. The leadership of the cadet comes from the purposive cultivation in the military academy and is the general name of the capability developed during the process. The capability includes the appeal ability, perspective ability, influence ability, decision - making ability, control ability, study ability and so on.
