不同肠道疾病患者血浆胃动素水平分析

摘　　要：采用放免法测定了５７例以腹泻为表现的几种结肠疾病患者血浆胃动素（ＭＴＬ）水平，结果提示：几种肠病中血浆ＭＴＬ水平明显高于便秘或对照组，ＭＴＬ水平依次为结肠息肉＞结肠癌＞溃疡性结肠炎＞ＩＢＳ（腹泻型），与对照组比较差别均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。推断一些肠道病变临床上引起腹泻表现可能与其血浆ＭＴＬ水平增高关系密切。The levels of plasma motilin (MTL) of 57 cases with different types of colonic diseases accompanied by diarrhea were determined by RIA The results showed that the lev els of plasma MTL in the disease groups were markedly higher than those of the conspitation group or the normal subjects (P<0 01) The order of MTL was as follows:colonic polyps>colonic carcinoma>ulcerative colitis>IBS(the diarrhea subgroup) There was a significant difference between the noumal controls and the subgroups (P<0 01 or P<0 05) Thus,there is a close relation ship between the level of MTL and the occurance of diarrhea caused by some colonic pathological changes
