简论学校体育伤害事故的风险

摘　　要：学校体育伤害事故风险的客观存在与我国学校体育发展的客观需要之间的矛盾已经成为阻碍我国学校体育事业健康发展的重要因素,因此,防止和控制学校体育中学生意外伤害事故风险的发生并降低风险事故所造成的相关损失便成为当前亟待解决的重要问题之一。在分析学校体育伤害事故的界定、类型和发生原因以及风险的定义、特征及风险管理理论的基础上,分析学校体育中学生伤害事故风险管理的重要性,并简要阐述学校体育中学生伤害事故的风险识别、风险评估和风险应对内容。The contradiction between the practical existence of the risk of injuries from school physical education and the need of the development of school P. E. in China has become an important factor that hinders the healthy development of school P. E. in Chi- na. Therefore, how to prevent and control the risk of the occurrence of injuries for students in school sports and reduce the related losses due to the injuries becomes one of the important problems that need to be solved. The authors of this paper have analyzed the importance of the risk management on injuries from school physical education based on the definition, types and reasons of injury occurence in school physical education, deft nitions and features of risk and theories of risk management. The risk identification,assessment and treatment of injuries in school physical education are also discussed briefly.
