北京市普通高校田径教学现状调查与改革研究

摘　　要：高校实施选项课以来,田径教学出现开课难的困境。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对北京市普通高校田径教学情况进行了调查研究,旨在为高校田径教学改革出谋划策,希望能够提供一点有益的帮助。结果表明:北京市普通高校田径教学的开课率普遍偏低;教学中重竞技轻健身的思想严重;教学内容枯燥单一、缺乏特色;教学方法和手段单一;教学器材配备较好但场馆建设不足,利用率偏低。并在深入分析现状的基础上,提出了田径教学改革的几点思路,主要从以下几个方面进行:挖掘和拓展田径类课程资源、注重田径文化的继承和发展,形成具有高校特色的课程体系、加大田径教学的隐性课程建设、重视教育改革,加强现代教学手段的应用、加强教师的业务学习,转变教师的思想观念。Since the university implemented the lesson of selecting, there has a difficult that the track and field is hard to give a course. The article have made investigations to the track and field teaching situation of ordinary university in Beijing through the method of documents, questionnaire investigation, interview, mathematics and physics statistic. The result shows that university in Beijing selecting the rates generally on the low side about the course of track and field stress on racing instead of make light of fitness in teaching is serious; courses is uninteresting, single, lacks the characteristic; teaching method and means are unitary;the apparatus is ensured better hut venue construction is serious and insufficient,etc. Finally on the basis of analyzing, propose some thinking of the reform in education of track and field： Broaden the course resources of track and field,stressing on the inheritance and development of culture of track and field, taking shape the course system of university character,building the invisible course of track and field, stressing on the reform of teaching , strengthening the application of modem teaching method, enhancing the professionalize study of teacher, converting the idea of teacher.
