摘 要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经细胞营养因子(BDNF)和雌二醇(E2)水平及检测的临床价值。方法病例来源于本院脑血管科与老年科住院急性脑梗死患者患者,血液标本采集于患者入院后3 d内。对照组为健康人群。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测脑源性神经细胞营养因子和E2血清浓度。结果急性脑梗死患者E2水平较对照组明显降低,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。BDNF血清水平与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论E2浓度降低可能在缺血性脑卒中发病中起重要作用,BDNF血清浓度在急性脑梗死患者发病中无显著变化。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of measuring serum levels of BDNF and estradiol in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serum levels of BDNF and estradiol in patients with acute cerebral infarction and controls were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results The level of estradiol in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly lower than that of controls ( P 〈 0. 05). Our data suggested that there was no significant difference ( P 〉0.05 ) in BDNF concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction in comparison with that of controls. Conclusion Low serum concentration of estradiol might he important in pathogenesis of acute cerebral infaretion and there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) in BDNF concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
