摘　　要：在目前高校毕业生就业形势严峻的情况下,沟通能力是大学毕业生就业能力的重要组成部分,越来越成为了企业挑选人才的首要因素,提高沟通能力是高校毕业生提高就业能力的基础和前提,学校要注重第一课堂教育,开展第二课堂活动,参加社会实践,培养学生的沟通能力。With the increasing stem employments situation of university students, communication ability plays an important role in the employment abilities and becomes the first choice of talents for the employers, and improving the ability to communicate with others is the keystone and essential prerequisite of employments for university graduates. To cultivate the students＇ ability to communicate with others, colleges and universities should focus on the education in class and carry out the second classroom activity as well as encourage students to participate in social practice.
