摘　　要：20世纪30年代,为推动农村合作事业的发展,以培养高级合作人才为目标的高级合作教育备受社会关注,并得到了很大发展。当时的高级合作教育大致可以分为由国民政府党部机关设立的合作人才训练班、高校合作教育和由社会团体设立的高级合作人才训练班三种。30年代的高级合作教育取得了显著成就,但也存在很多不足,对当时的高级合作教育进行反思,对我们今天推行的农村合作事业有一定的启示。To promote the rural cooperation, the high cooperative education and was im- proved and developed gveatly in 1930s. The high cooperative education can be generally divid- ed into three parts： the cooperation classes directly under the KMT government, the uni- versity cooperative education, and the cooperation classes opened by the social groups. The high cooperative education had made significant achievements but it still had some shortcom- ings. Reflection on this subject will certainly benefit our cooperative course in rural areas today.
