卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤P53蛋白表达与临床及预后的关系

摘　　要：为探讨ｐ５３基因产物与卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的关系，采用ｐ５３基因产物的单克隆抗体，用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法对８２例卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤和２０例正常卵巢组织的Ｐ５３基因蛋白表达进行了研究。结果显示：在正常卵巢组织中未见Ｐ５３蛋白表达，而在肿瘤中Ｐ５３蛋白表达率为２４．３９％，其阳性定位于胞核：在生殖细胞肿瘤不同组织学类型中表达程度不同，但其表达在各组织学类型间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），而在临床分期中，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤Ｐ５３蛋白表达阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ｐ５３蛋白表达阳性组患者死亡率明显高于阴性组Ｐ＜０．０１）。To study the relationship of P53 protein expression with clinical course and prognosis in malignant germ cell tumor of ovary P53 protein expression was examined by immunohistochemical ABC methods in 82 cases of the neoplasm and 20 cases of normal ovary tissue.The results showed that no expression of P53 protein was detected in normal ovarian tissue.The total expression rate of P53 protein was 24.39% in neoplasm,and the expression was not significantly correlated with the different histological types of neoplasm.The study however found that the protein expression of p53 gene was significantly correlated with the clinical stages and prognosis of the neoplasm.
