摘  要:目的:建立同时测定抗纤丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸、黄芩苷3种有效成分的含量方法。方法:Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相甲醇-1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;二极管阵列检测器(DAD);检测波长分别为芍药苷230nm,阿魏酸316nm,黄芩苷280nm,柱温35℃。结果:在3个波长下同时测定3种化合物的含量:芍药苷、阿魏酸、黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0.200.60μg,0.025~0.075μg,1.25~3.75μg;平均加样回收率分别为100.87%,100.31%,101.05%;RSD分别为1.03%,0.71%,1.88%。结论:该方法灵敏准确、重复性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC-DAD method to determine the content of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and baicalin in Kangxian pills. METHODS The sample was determined by RP HPLC-DAD with a Diamonsil C18 column, using methanol- 1% phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase.detecting wavelength at 230 nm,316 nm ,280 nm and the column temperature being 35℃. RESULTS The three effective components could be detected by this method. A good linearity of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and baicalin was in the range of 0. 20 - 0. 60μg, 0. 025 - 0. 075μg, 1.25 - 3. 75 μg; the average recoveries were 100. 87%, 100. 31%, 101.05%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Kangxian pills.
