摘  要:研究了多种豆类酯酶的提取及酶活力的测定,并根据酶抑制法原理,研究了各种不同豆类来源的酯酶对有机磷农药的敏感性。结果表明:不同豆类来源的酯酶对敌敌畏、甲胺磷等8种农药的敏感性不同,其中以绿豆、黑豆来源酯酶的总酯酶活力和敏感性为最好。In the paper,the extraction of esterase in beans and determination of enzyme activity were stuied,and the sensitivity of esterases from different beans to organic phosphoric pesticide was discussed based on the principle of enzyme inhibition method.The results indicated that the sensitivity of esterases from different beans to eight kinds of pesticides as dichlorvos and methamidophos were different,the general enzyme activity and sensitivity of esterase from mung and black bean were the best.
