电力企业信息资源集团化管理改进方向的研究

摘　　要：通过实施集团化运作取得规模优势是企业集团提升管理水平、实现整体优化的内在要求,也是企业赢得竞争的重要因素。信息资源是企业集团的管理基础,其管理水平直接决定企业集团的经营决策质量,是企业极为重要的核心资源。通过对电力企业信息资源管理的现状和存在问题进行深入分析,研究国内外先进企业信息资源集团化运作模式,总结分析企业信息资源集团化运作的要素,提出电力企业集团信息资源集团化管理的改进方向。Attaining the large-scale benefit by means of the conglomerated operation is the intrinsic requirement for enterprises to improve their management and achieve the integrated optimization, and it is also an important factor in the market competition. As information resources are regarded as the basis of business management, how they are managed is closely related to the quality of the decision-making in a business, and they are the core resources in the business. This paper presents an in-depth study of the current situations and existing problems in the information resources management in Chinese electric power enterprises, summarizes the experience in the information conglomerated operation of advanced enterprises at home and abroad, and then analyses the characteristics and needed elements of the conglomerated operation of information resources. At the end, some related suggestions are proposed for electric power enterprises.
