可溶性CD44分子在不同类型青光眼房水中的表达特征及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨可溶性CD44分子在不同类型青光眼房水中的表达特征及意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测13例原发性开角型青光眼、21例原发性闭角型青光眼以及9例正常眼房水中可溶性CD44分子的浓度。结果:ELISA检测结果显示,13例原发性开角型青光眼房水中可溶性CD44分子的平均浓度为(24.30±2.49)ng/mL,明显高于9例正常眼房水中的(11.76±1.38)ng/mL(P<0.05),而21例原发性闭角型青光眼房水中溶性CD44分子的平均浓度为(12.47±1.66)ng/mL,与9例正常眼房水中的含量比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:原发性开角型青光眼房水中存在高浓度的可溶性CD44分子,这些可溶性CD44分子可能通过竞争性与透明质酸结合,干扰了小梁细胞膜表面的CD44分子与透明质酸的正常结合,从而参与了原发性开角型青光眼的发病过程。Objective To study expressing features and significance of soluble CD44 in aqueous humor of different kinds of glaucoma. Methods The concerntration of soluble CD44 in aqueous humor of different kinds of glaucoma was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. Results ELISA of soluble CD44 of aqueous humor from eyes of patients with POAG indicated that the concerntration of soluble CD44 was increased in comparison with that of aqueous from normal eyes and eyes of patients with PACG （P 〈 0.05）, but the concerntration of soluble CD44 from PACG was similar to that of aqueous from normal eyes （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Soluble CD44 in POAG aqueous is increased. These soluble CD44 may influence the activity of transmembrance CD44 by acting as inhibititors of CD44, thereby, soluble CD44 may participate in the pathogenesis of POAG.
