摘　　要：儿科门诊实习是儿科教学工作的一个组成部分。从加强人文素质教育及促进医患沟通、培养临床诊断思维能力、提高学习热情、建立健全评价体系等4个方面,总结了提高儿科门诊实习教学质量的经验。Out-patient clinical practice teaching is an important component of professional education of pediatrics. To explain how Io ensure anti improve the quality of the pediatric out-patient clinical practice teaching, we expatiate on the practieal experience in our department from the following four aspects： enhancement of the humanities education, promotion of the communication techniques between patients and doctors, improvement of the clinical thinkings and diagnosis capabilities, elevation of enthusiasm for studying and establishment of an integrated educational evaluation system.
