摘　　要：发达的民间金融是浙江经济发展中的一大特色,民间融资是浙江省中小企业融资的根本出路。文章通过对浙江省中小企业民间融资特点的分析,肯定了民间融资对中小企业融资的积极影响,同时也指出了民间融资对中小企业融资消极因素,从而提出了引导和发展民间金融为中小企业融资的对策。The developed civil financing is one of the distinguished characteristics of Zhejiang economic development. Civil financing is the fundamental solution of Zhejiang small and medium enterprises’ financing. This article carries out an analysis of the characteristics of Zhejiang small and medium enterprises’ financing and admits the positive impact of civil financing on small and medium-sized enterprises. The negative elements are also pointed out and the countermeasure is given for the guidance and development of civil financing.
