摘　　要："轻资产运营"模式自提出以来受到全球企业的青睐。然而其"成因"是什么、实现途径有哪些、究竟"轻"在何处等却是人们不能不问的问题。为此本文基于企业实践分别从以小博大、紧扣核心专长、倚重无形资产、品牌引领、客户关系导向、操控产业链等方面进行了解析。从中可一窥轻资产运营的奥妙及其操作要领。The asset-light strategy is considerably favored by enterprises all over the world since proposed.Nevertheless,what its origin is,how this strategy can be implemented,where its lightness lies in…have become hot issues which are seriously concerned.Thus this article,based on corporate practice and case study,analyses such aspects as levering more factors,focusing on core competence,leaning on intangible assets,mastering industrial chain,lead by brand,oriented by customer relationship,etc.Within it,we can have a clear perspective of essence in asset-light strategy.
