摘　　要：本文通过分析民营企业诚信缺失的现状及产生的原因,阐明如何加强民营企业诚信文化建设,以提升企业竞争力,使企业获得长远的发展,实现企业的发展目标。This paper analyzes th e current situation of and causes for private enterprises＇？loss of honesty and？illustrates how to enhance their honesty culture construction, so as to improve their competitiveness and？to enable them to achieve their long-term development？and thus to realize？their final goals.
