摘　　要：建立农村最低生活保障制度是实现社会公平的基本要求,也是促进农村经济发展的需要。目前我国农村最低生活保障任务艰巨,在试点建设中存在诸如缺乏法律保障、资金不足、保障对象和标准确定困难等问题,需采取积极措施加强农村最低生活保障制度建设。It is the basic demand to build the rural minimum living security system in achieving the fair society, and also the way to promote the development of rural economics. At present, Building the rural minimum living security system faces the severe tasks, and exist a variety of problems such as lack of related laws, funds and so on. Measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of rural minimum living security system.
