口腔治疗过程中医院感染因素的研究

摘　　要：目的降低和减少口腔诊疗过程中院内感染因素及医务人员职业暴露。方法采用调查、询问、对照检测(包括诊疗环境空气、诊疗器械、医务人员手、血液传播性疾病病毒检测)等方法,进行统计学处理。结果调查5所医疗机构,诊疗环境空气合格率为56.7%,医务人员手合格率为51.8%,口腔器械合格率为89.8%,综合治疗台表面合格率为86.4%。结论口腔科诊疗器械、环境污染状况不容忽视,有效的控制措施可以降低和减少医院感染发生。Objective To depress and decrease the factors of the infection in a hospital and the occupational exposure of medical staffs in the oral treatment. Methods By using file investigation, enquiry, and comparative detection （including the air of the treatment environment, treatment instrument,the virus of the medical staffs＇ hands, blood spread disease） and the other methods, process the statistic and have the resuit. Results To investigate the 5 medical enterprises of municipal level, the qualified rate of the air of the treatment environment was 56.7%; the qualified rate of the medical staffs＇ hands was 51.8%;the qualified rate of the oral instrument was 89.8%;the qualified rate of the integra- tive therapy table-board was 86.4%. Conclusion we can＇t ignore the stomatology instruments ,the occupational expossure of medical staffs and the environmental pollution, the effective control measure can depress and decrease the occurrence the infection in a hospital.
