大学生知识性失业的对策

摘　　要：大学生知识性失业分为显性失业和隐性失业两种类型,其中显性失业的表现形式较明显,而隐性失业所表现出的劳动力不充分就业现象容易被忽视。政府应从高校专业设置、大学生就业指导、劳动力市场规范、相关法律法规的完善等方面努力,提高就业率,根本解决大学生知识性失业问题。Educated unemployment of university students has two types： open unemployment and invisible unemployment. The form of open unemployment is obvious, while the forms of invisible unemployment are easy to be neglected. Invisible unemployment, whose characteristic is inadequate employment, has blocked the deployment of human resources. The government should raise the employment rate and radically solve the university student educated unemployment problem by perfecting such aspects as major planning, student career guidance, labor market standards, and related laws and regulations.
