摘  要:以大鸡心黄皮为材料,研究了不同程度人工疏果对黄皮果实品质及内源激素含量的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,疏果50%和25%后,黄皮果实中可溶性糖、维生素C、可食率等显著提高,可滴定酸含量显著降低;疏果50%和疏果25%后,黄皮果实种子及果皮的IAA、GA3、ZT含量增加,ABA含量降低.实验表明,人工疏果可以提高黄皮果实的品质,提高果实内促进生长类激素含量、降低抑制生长类激素含量.In this trial,the wampee [Clausena lansium (Lour. ) Skeels] cultivar ‘Dajixin ’was used to study the effects of two levels,ie, 50 % and 25 %, fruit-thinning on fruits quality, and partial endogenous hormone contents in fruits,and non-thinning as control. The main results were as follows. The quality fruits of 50 % and 25% fruit-thinning treatments in this trail were better than the control. The TSS,total soluble sugar content,vitamin C content, the pulp recovery rate were higher than control respectively. The content of IAA,GA3 and ZT in fruits of 50% and 25% fruit-thinning treatments were higher than those of the control,and ABA lower. This trial showed that hand-thinning could improve the quality of wampee fruits,increase the contents of promotive endogenous hormones,and decrease that of suppressive endogenous hormones.
